Marketing Objectives and Strategies
-Objective: I want to increase CAPS event attendance by 40%​​
-Strategy: I will use our new marketing tactics to spread the word more about these events.
-Tactics: I will post event posters at all common locations on campus. I will also Host an event at the campus center, so it is easier for newcomers to access.

-Objective: I want to improve male usage of our services by 30%​
-Strategy: I will do this by promoting privacy and safe spaces that can help males get over the negative stigma of males seeking mental help.
-Tactics: I will be approaching male students when spreading info about caps. I will also be offering incentives that tailor towards males at certain events.

-Objective: I want to increase our social media following by 50% within a year​
-Strategy: I will accomplish this by providing incentives for following us on social media.
-Tactics: I will be posting up to 4 times per week and they will all be easy to understand and info heavy. I will also give the incentives out at events if you show us that you are following CAPS on social media.
Budget
Public Relations Plan
My first marketing plan when talking about public relations would be having a celebrity spokesperson speak on mental health for a CAPS event. We will have to decide on a celebrity that fits our target market of college students, and I believe that that would warrant a very good attendance. This will get new students to learn more about CAPS and menta health in general.

My next plan would be hosting mental health coaching classes. This would consist of a professional mental health coach arranging classes and meetings to coach students that are going through hard times or just want to better their mental health. I believe this could also bring new students to CAPS services because students are familiar with class formats.
Social Media Plan
My first social media objective will be promoting our CAPS events. With these posts I want to promote our organization in the best light we can. Anyone looking at these posts for the first time will be able to easily identify what we are offering. I will be posting about events a month ahead of time then will continue to post about them the week leading up to it. This will keep it fresh in the mind of our social media following.
My second social media objective is to increase our total following by 50%. What we must do to achieve this is making sure we post 3 to 4 times a week with engaging pictures and captions. We will offer incentives for reposting our social media content and that will result in new people engaging with our accounts. We will also offer incentives at our events to become a new social media follower.
The two platforms I chose is Instagram and Snapchat. Instagram is the most popular social media that our target market uses. Another reason I chose Instagram is because you can make a very clean looking post that spreads any information you need. With Instagram you can also use different hashtags that will heighten your engagement. The reason I chose snapchat is because it is also one of the most prominent social media’s that our target market uses. With Snapchat you can create a public account that post stories similar to what celebrities do. Once you have a good following on snapchat your overall engagement is great. This is because snapchat stories are quick and easy to look at which causes your followers to click when they see it. My posts on both accounts will be frequent and information heavy. My goal with my social media plan is being seen by current followers and new followers.
